Does anyone have any experience (good or bad) with virus scan software
running on HIS servers?

Not had any problems with running Sophos on SNA4, HIS2000 or HIS2004 yet.
Real-time and scheduled components both enabled and running.

We have used Norton Antivirus and Computer Associates E-Trust products
without a problem.
