1) Will MOM 2005 run on WIndows 2000? Will I lose any features?

2) I have a one server that holds SQL, DCAM, etc...What is the logical
upgrade path?
Agents then database then server?

3)How much better is the reporting in 2005? Is it easier to do some
ad-hoc reporting?

Thanks for any help....

1) Yes. You can use the NetworkService account in Windows 2003 which
allows things like the DAS to run under lower privileges, ideal in high
security scenarios. NetworkService isn't available in Windows 2000.

2) My understanding is that the upgrade path is:

a) User interfaces
b) Database
c) DCAM
d) Agents (you upgrade the agents within the MOM 2005 admin console after
deployment of MOM 2005)

In the case of multi-component servers, all components on that server will
be upgraded at once, so your database/DCAM box will all go at the same time.

3) Much better. It uses SQL Reporting Services. You can create your own
using Visual Studio .NET.
