I've read the following msdn article:

I REALLY can't understand if "IMS Connect" Programming model SUPPORTS or NOT
Persistent Connections over TCP/IP!!!!

Is it an UPDATED article?!?!?
Is there any error/omissis in that article?!?!

I'm a little bit surprised!!!
I would really appreciate an updated help online reference...

Ruben-

Persistent connections with IMS Connect is not supported. If you download
the update for the HIS help I believe you can see this. Unfortunately it
looks like the online version was not updated for some reason. Sorry for the
confusion.

I've just been informed that the documentation I was looking at is wrong and
we do support persistent connections with IMS Connect (but not the other IMS
programming models). My apologies for getting this wrong and causing
confusion. I've e-mailed you directly Ruben to let you know, but wanted to
post here as well for everyone else.

Apparently persistent connections were not originally planned but added
later in the release cycle for a specific customer request, which is
probably why the documentation I was looking at was incorrect.

Again, my apologies. If you give it a try and have trouble, please post back
up here so we can try and help you out.
