What is the main reason to use the AddFieldAsXml() method over the Add()
method.

The spec. I am using recommends the AddFieldAsXml() but doesnt say why?

Is it because you can define more attributes using that method.

Does the Add() method not have all the same properties/attributes as you can
use with the AddFieldAsXml method?

thanks for any feedback!

Well disregard this question because I was able to figure it out!

There are many more attibutes you can use when using the AddFieldAsXml. Is
it simply for more complex fields.

thanks
