I have a couple of Servers that I don't want be notified
from if they from time-to-time stop heartbeating.

So I thought the "Ignore missing heartbeats" option
(Agent managed computers/computer properties) would be
the path to walk...but the MoM server still notifies me
of missing heartbeats.

What am I missing?

I think you would need to set up an override for each
node that you do not want this alert fired on.
