BITS Transfer Errors |
|
|
I continue to get an error in MOM about a BITS job failing. Forgive me, but
does MOM 2005 use BITS? I accidentally installed the SMS 2005 managment
pack, and I know SMS uses BITS. Is this a remenant of that pack? Any
assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, MOM uses BITS for some rules, for example, the MSSecure file transfer
rule in the MBSA Management Pack.
MOM is also using BITS for file transfer responses.
