Folder Replication |
|
|
Is there a way to replicate a folder from one machine to the other? I have
two fileservers in two different locations connected by a WAN. I would like
to keep a folder on each and have them repliate changes at night. If there
is no Microsoft way of doing this does anyone know of a solid aftermarket
company that offers software with these capabilities?
Thanks,
Scott |

You can configure replication with built-in service called File Replication
Service or simply FRS.

There are demos, technical docs and FAQs for DFS and File Replication
Service at http://www.microsoft.com/dfs. The info that you need should be
available here.
