I am about to install exchange server 2003 on win2k3 server. I want to
install it to run in coexistance with exchange server 5.5 until all the
mailboxes are moved across and running ok.

Are there any tips and advice I should be aware off before I start?

Hello,

I believe this issue is related to Exchange.
Please post it in the microsoft.public.exchange.setup newsgroup since they
are
the experts in Exchange and will provide more accurate information on this
issue.
