Can't get a 98 workstation to join our Windows 2003 domain. I get the
message that a domain controller cannot be found. A program installed on
that computer does not run on Windows XP. Does anyone know how to
accomplish this?

Thank you for your help in advance!

Windows 98 cannot join a domain.
However it can still access file shares and other resources in Windows 2003
domain.
To enable Win98 to use shared resources on Win2003 domains, you must disable
SMB signing on Windows 2003 file servers.

Also remember that W98 will use Netbios names to find a DC. Check that
Netbios over TCP/IP is enabled on the server.

You can also get the dsclient.exe from a windows 2000 server disc. It can be
downloaded from the internet, but the win98 version is not available from
microsoft.
