Try booting into safe mode without networking and check your settings
and binding order on the NICs.
If that still doesn't work, install loopback adapters and copy the NIC
settings to these, then disconnect and disable the NICs.you should then
be able to boot normally.
Test the NICs, replace if necessary, reconnect and re-run the CEICW.
