If I do an in place upgrade from 2000 to 2004 on two Windows 2000 and two Windows 2003 server running SP2 are there any got ya's I need to know about?

Not that I've seen/heard, but if you see any please let us know. ;-)

p.s. Obviously the usual thing of doing the primary last applies.

p.p.s. And also obviously, as long as you're not using some feature that
HIS2004 deprecates.

Be aware of the fact that the security model for HIS2004 is much tighter that
HIS2000. You might run into some authentication issues with some users for
example if they are using local system account, etc... You might want to have
a few of your key users test against a test box
