Best Way of Filtering Blank From/Subject Emails |
|
|
Hi All:
Like everyone else, we are getting a large number of apparent spam messages
that have blanks in the From and Subject fields. What is the best way of
filtering these out, without causing problems otherwise? I have turned on
Filter Messages from Blank Sender in the Sender filtering, but I have read
that this can interfere with delivery receipts. If so, is there a better way
of handling things?
We are not using IMF, but we do have Trend C/S/M and are using the spam
filtering with it.
Thanks

Open Exchange System Manager.
expand Global Settings
Open message delivery with a right click/properties
Click on Sending Filtering
You can also see some neat stuff in receiving filtering. SOme people
filter those that are not in the directory.
