Hello,
I am trying to implement the following scenario but seem to be unsuccessful:

There are two DCs in the Forest: ADSERVER1 and ADSERVER2 on the domain
MAINDC.

I have installed LCS 2005 SE on ADSERVER1 which is working fine.
I have also installed LCS 2005 SE on ADSERVER2 and everything went fine
during the installation and activation, but the service stops after
restarting. I verified that MSSQL$RTC is running, but even when I manually
start the Live Communication service on ADSERVER2, it stops. Please let me
know if i can get any guide.

The followings are logged on the Event Log:

--------------------------------------
EVENT ID: 12299
SOURCE: LIVE COMMUNICATION SERVER
The service is shutting down due to an internal error.

Error Code: 0xC3EA5008.

Resolution:

Check the previous event log entries and resolve them. Restart the server.
If the problem persists contact product support.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

Unable to initialize the protocol stack. The service has to stop.

Server could not find the AD objects associated with it.

Cause: This could happen if the server was newly activated and the created
AD objects haven't replicated or if permissions to the service account are
altered.

Resolution:

Make sure that replication is complete and the account the service is
running under has proper privileges and that connection to Active Directory
(or SQL backend) is functional.
