i am trying to follow the how to procedure for installing an offline root ca
article id 271386, this pertains to windows 2000 and i thought it would work
with 2003 but i ran into a snag with the dsstore.exe utility. does this tool
apply to 2003? i can't seem to get it online for 2000 or for 2003. does 2003
have a comprable tool? is there another way to publish my crl and root
certificate to active directory?
