Hi
We are running SBS 2003 and XP pro clients with outlook 2003
4 of these clients are across a wan link. one of these clients now will not
stay connected. when you press send and receive outlook connects downloads
and sends mail then reverts back to offline, which means he does not have
access to other calenders etc. I can't find a setting to tell it to stay
online or offline.
his mailbox has just over 100MB of mail , server has no limmits imposed

Can you help me with this
Thanks
Lex

Use cached mode and the Exchange over HTTP features. Be sure to install the
Office/Outlook updates from http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/default.aspx.
You can find the config steps in the SBS help files. Also, if you're using
DSL for the WAN, be sure it is set to be always on and not demand dial.
