I don't understand the question.
If the document library is in the WSS part of SPS 2003 then it is already
available to SPS 2003.
If you mean one server running SPS 2003 and one server running WSS then the
answer is almost certainly No! but of course the Search routine of SPS 2003
will include the documents from the WSS document library in its search
(which is also a form of 'sharing' even if not what you seem to want).
Why do you want to share document libraries anyway?
