It would be great to be able to
1. Have a filter on the Assigned To lookup, such that you can filter the
users based on some active directory criteria like Department so that only
users from the Support department are shown in the Assigned To combo.
2. Have a default on the Assigned To lookup, so that if such default is
choosen, any new requests are automatically assigned to that default
user/distribution group.
3. When an issue list item is "Resolved", the ability to send an e-mail
back to the person who created the item so that they know the item was
resolved. It can be setup just the the Assigned To so that it can be
optional. Or it can be on the issue list screen with a check box that says
email so that it's at the issue item level and not at the list level - this
would be preferable. |
