I have overhauled my SPS2003 to a customized look and feel for the UI.
It took long but I managed to change all .aspx pages and .css files to
reflect the desired look (rather than using Frontpage and creating a
template). I seem to be having one problem though as follows:

The page title of the main portal home page viewed with Reader
privileges does not take on some .css styles. Specifically, the page
title (which displays the portal name) and the main area title
(displayed underneath the portal name). These two titles are well
formatted for all other user groups. Even the Reader group displays
correctly for all other areas except the main portal home page.

Is this a caching problem?? Are there specific style sheets for the
Reader site groups that I missed??

Any help is appreciated.
