I want to create one new clustes appear the following message . "this
computer cannot be a member of a cluster because it does not have the correct
version of windows installed" . What can to be that ?

Yes, the message is indeed correct. You need Windows Server 2003, Enterprise
Edition to cluster.

Cheers,

Rod

It's an administration tool so that you can do administration of a remote
cluster. It is also possible to install the cluster administrator GUI on a
workstation and remotely administer a cluster.

John
