I just upgraded my server with 4Gb of RAM. I heard somewhere that if I have
more than 2Gb or even 3Gb of RAM, that I need to install a hotfix or the
server will not use all the available RAM.

What is this hotfix?

Google for a /3 gig switch KB but most of us have not done this and we
see the server using all mem accordingly.

and SBS can't do MORE than 4 gig.
