I am looking for some reporting tools for HIS. Like something that can be
automated to check the number of connections in use and such. Management
wants reports so they know how efficient the LU's we have are being used. As
in do we need to add more as we are always running at the maximum we have
available or can we remove some as we have too many unsed. Other things like
number of AD users versus TN3270E and such would be a plus. Are there any
ready made tools for something like this available anywhere whether they be
freeware or pay. Thanks for any help in advance.

There's a MOM plugin for HIS2000. Don't know what that would give you as I've
never bothered installing MOM, but it's worth a look.

Other than that you can extract out all that sort of info via WMI and VBScript
easily enough.
