New version of CMS |

Hello,
Our company is thinking of investing in CMS 2002, but as it is 3 years old
allready we are wondering if there ever will be a new version of the software.
And if not, will there be replacement software? (wich we can get witch
software assurance)
Hoping for a quick answer, thanx in advandce.
