I am having new HIS2004 installation on clean new test server.
I previously used HIS2000 and had no problems with it.

HIS2k4 installation passed OK, no error messages were reported and nothing
seemed to be wrong. During installation SSO dapabilities were installed.
When I tried to run SNA Manager or IT Manager. They did not want to work.
It said that I should run Configuration WIzard.

After running Configuration Wizard I saw that I must have SQL database for
using this, so I unistalled this.
Config Wizard now passes OK and credentials were suplied to it (Domain
Administrator).
SNA Manger now works with no errors, but IT Manager keeps reporting that
Config Wizard should be run again.

I of course, tried to reinstall all from the scratch, but the results were
the same.

I have previously used HIS2k without SQL database and I want to do it again.
I used COMTI for the connection to the Unisys Clearpath System, but my
problems now are with HIS and no Unisys component are installed on the
system.
I had Remote Environment for TCP/IP connection to Unisys mainframe.
COM+ components were generated in HIS and connected with REs.
Basically, I had pretty quiet and easy environment.

The only HIS component you need to install for access to ClearPath systems
is Application Integration.

In the Configuration Wizard, add a local Admin account to the HIS
Administrator Group (if you have not done so), and a local user account to
the HIS Runtime group (these are both on the Windows Accounts screen).

The TI Manager opens the HIS SQL configuration database, so it must be
installed and configured. On the Database configurations screen, make sure
the MSHIS60_HIP database has been installed. Use "connect as" Windows
Integrated.

On the Windows Services Configurations screen assign the local user account
used above for the HIS Runtime.

After you have the HIS configuration working install Unisys COMTI IC 9.0A.2.

Hope this helps.
