CS2K Campaign Manager Basics |
|
|
Hello All,
In my previous position I've never had a chance to work with
Campaigns. So I need some "pointers" to some info.
(I'm working with CS2000 for this project)
I've created a DirectMail campaign that appears to be working
properly. In the BizDesk, I click on Campaigns | Campaign Manager and
I can see a summary of my campaigns. So far so good.
When looking at line item fo rmy latest campaign, I can see that my
campaign has X number of requests, but has 0 clicks and the click
percentage is also 0%.
So it looks like people are reading my MHTML email, but no one is
clicking on the pics/links in the email.
Is this correct?
What triggers a "Click" in my campaign?
Again, what I'm primarily looking for is some references that deal
with campaign in CS2K and CS2002.
TIA

Hi Tomas,
Are you still working on the Direct Mailer solution?
