Re: How to change the Account for a HIP listener after the A |

To change the account for the HIP application after it has been created, you
can go to the Services control panel. There should be a HIP Service :
Application Name service and you can go to the properties of that service to
change the account or change the password.
If you do change the service to use a new account you need to make sure the
account is part of the HIS Runtime Users group and you will also need to
make sure the account has the "log on as a service" privelege. When you
first enter the account in the TI Manager when creating a new application,
the TI Manager will grant the "log on as a service" privelege to the
account.

for this account? What do I have to do to use local accounts?
Then I had to change the password on the domain account I was using
(corporate mandate). Now a Start of the application fails with Event
5034 - "Execution of StartHIP .... failed. HRESULT=0x8004005."
Hoping that I don't have to delete the Application and re-create just
to change the Account.
