BlankHi,

We are trying to use HIS 2004 to conncet to AS400 system. However when i try to design DTS package using Microsoft OLEDB Provider for AS400 connection, i am getting this following error.

"Test connection failed because of an error in initializing provider -DDM Agent is not loaded or unreachable".

i couldn't find much help on HIS 2004 configuration. Please can anyone provide me good source for configuration guide?

According to the documentation I found here this error has only come up
with SNA product and not with HIS or HIS2004, is it possible that you are
running the sna40 product on the same machine? or you can also check the
ports on the as400 are those in a listening state? The information
requested is it for connectivity? or does it have to do with DTS
configuration? Have you been able to do this before?
