using contacts from team website on workspace |
|
|
I am creating a new workspace, and I have about 90 contacts that I
added to my main SharePoint website. I would like to be able to select
contacts from this list rather than export and reimport them. Is there
any way to do this? I can't seem to find this in the help pages. It
only gives me the option to sync with Outlook. I would prefer not to
have duplicate contacts - i.e. if I make a change on the main contact
list it will be accessed on the workspace contacts rather than having
to change each one individually.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

Well, since synching with Outlook is not an option with Sharepoint Team
Services, I assume you are using Windows Sharepoint Services (WSS). You may
want to repost this to the WSS group as we will be of little help here. The
group is at microsoft.public.sharepoint.windowsservices.
