pdf extension not recognized as typeHi |

Hi,
I've a problem with the recognision of the pdf extension as type. In all my
sites(i.e. http://<server>/sites/vmware) under documents i added a pdf
document. The icon is the windows logo instead of the adobe logo. Word
documents though are recognised as the type is wordlogo.
Anyone any idea?

If this is a WSS question then please post in future to the WSS newsgroup at
microsoft.public.sharepoint.windowsservices
In both cases (STS - this newsgroup - and WSS) you will need to specify an
icon for the pdf files as MS do not include one in the package.
Search either the STS FAQ or the WSS FAQ with "icon" and you'll find out
where to make this change (and in the case of WSS where to find a suitable
icon).
