1. Is WSS (Sharepoint team services) part of or included in Front Page 2002
server extensions?
2. Is WSS (Sharepoint team services) complatible with .NET framework on a
windows 200 server?

We have a intranet web server and when we installed FP2002 server extentions
the Microsoft sharepoint administrator item appeared on the administrative
tools menu. This item takes you directly to the FrontPage Server Extensions
2002 Server Administration page. When we installed the .NET framework the
administration page broke and we cannot administor our FP extensions. We
think they are messed up because we are having errors on the web pages and
events in the event viewer indicating server extention errors.

WSS = Windows SharePoint Services - newsgroup
microsoft.public.sharepoint.windowsservices. It is the product that came out
in 2003; is a free download for Windows 2003 Server users and works with
Windows 2003 Server only.

SharePoint Team Services (=STS) is the product this newsgroup is for. It
came out in 2001; was included in the FP 2002 CD and other CDs that included
FP 2002. It is supported in Win 2000 Server

Now which of these two products are you using ?

If WSS then please post to its newsgroup.
