SharePoint Search Failing |
|
|
I have an odd problem. From the root Portal, the search works fine except
for one subsite(subsite A). I can not search Subsite A no matter what I do.
Also, when I go to the other subsites, the searchs at that level fail also,
but again, it finds documents if I perform the search form the root portal.
So;
Why does the Subsite search not working?
Why, even in the global search that finds info in all the other subsites,
does it fail on subsite A.
I suspect there may be a privilages issue, but I can't find anywere to
change these.
Please help, I am very new to Sharepoint. |

I suspect from your message that you are running SharePoint Portal Server

This is the newsgroup for the 2001 product SharePoint Team Services
You'll find SPS 2003 at microsoft.public.sharepoint.portalserver
