Re: Accessing Network Drives through Sharepoint Home Page |

SBS 2003 includes Windows SharePoint Services (WSS).
This is the newsgroup for the earlier SharePoint product SharePoint Team
Services (STS)
You'll find the Windows SharePoint Services newsgroup at
microsoft.public.sharepoint.windowsservices
so normally I would say post there.
However you may consider posting this question to the SBS newsgroup instead
microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs
as the point of WSS is to access files stored in its own databases not to
access files stored elsewhere.

Sharepoint company home page. I run Windows Small Business Server and
would
like to be able to access files from my hard drives remotely through
sharepoint. The help files indicate that this can be done, but when I try
I
am unable to link the sharepoint folder to the real folder. Any
suggestions?
Thanks. |
