I there!

I am trying to use the personalization in a WEbPart on a
WSS site by using the:

[WebPartStorage(Storage.Personal)]

But it does not work, every user on the domain sees the
same data.

It should work as describet in the following:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/msdnmag/issues/04/08/WebParts/

As I understand it should be possible bouth in SPS & WSS?
