Webcapture Webpart error |

After adding the Webcapture webpart, I try to create a connection by clicking
create and I get the error " Cannot create or modify webcapture. Make sure
that your browser supports activex controls, that you have enabled them, and
that you have installed the webcapture activex control. I have verfied all of
these except installing the webcapture activex control. Anyone know how to do
this? |

Which browser version and more specifically which version of Office are you
using.
If older versions have you installed the (client) Office web components
package.

I was using office xp. And the office components are automatically installed
with office xp. And my browser is fully updated with service packs. I am
thinking it is something on the server side with WSS.
