SPS installs its own handlers for wwwroot by default. You can create a
different web site and put the file there

I have installed sharepoint portal server 2003, and its running fine, but
I
have one problem. If I put one html file on c:\inetpup\wwwroot, I can't
open
it in IE using htp://localhost/test.html. It appears the following
message:
HTTP 404 - File not found.
The IIS is running.
I think that its a configuration problem in IIS, but I cannot find the
solution.
Thanks for help!! |
