Sharepoint services alert management |

When I try to add alerts for users, I only see my own name on the list-box
while I am the administrator of the site.
Any help will appreciated. |

No native push alert solution. the only push solution in sps is the targeted
links which can be pushed to users' personal site.

There is no way out of the box to add an alert for other users. There are
web parts and programs out there that will do this though.
