Is it posible to disable the LLS on SBS2003? today i run scheduler every
minute to stop the service, but is there som registry or other things that
can be done to stop the LLS? I have all the license, but whith 10 licens and
10 users there is often problems, but it is solved with scheduler, but i
dont want to use the scheduler (net stop) every minut.

Hi Per W.,

No, it's not possible to disable it. Your workaround should be dropped, you
need to fix the problem. Please paste the exact error you receive, and
explain the situation a bit (do you have any additional servers?).

Per W.
If you have 10 users and any third party software, you need additional cals
Most backup software and Antivirus software require a cal

Try to explain customers that they need more than one Cal pr. user.

Well I can honestly say I've done that.
No where are you going to see it documented that AV or Backup need a cal
But ever notice that Administrator is using up 2 or 3 logons??

These additional programs act as services and either create a user account
with Admin priviledges or use the local Administrator account and do wind up
using cals
