Hello

I would like to know - Is there a way to receive automatically an e-mail
message from the MOM server, if the problem state has changed from active to
inactive.
(problem isn't anymore)

If it is possible, where do i have to change the settings ? Or do i have to
write an
script etc?

Thank you very much for your help.

Bye

Have you entered the appropriate value for the email
server on the Email Server tab under Global Settings in
the Admin Console? If that value is present, and you have
the appropriate notification group(s) configured, you are
2/3 of the way there.

You will have to develop a clever script to do this.
