I'm going to be setting up a MOM 2005 installation and want to know if I can
change the MOM or MOM Central repository database names.

You want to rename the OnePoint database???

You would be shooting yourself in the foot.... actually feet.

How about each of the Reporting Databases?

Don't rename the SystemCenterReporting DB. I doubt that you can change the
database names that SQL Reporting Services uses, but you'd have to check
with the docs for SRS.

If you want ot host multiple report or mom db's on the same machine, you

should use different instances imho.
