HIS 2004 password synchronization feature |
|
|
I am working on an ESSO implementation and password synchronization.
If possible, I would like to confirm if HIS can make password
synchronization by himself or if we must use third part controller or
adapters during this process.

Jorge,
Besides NT/AD accounts what other sort of hosts do you want to synchronise
with? Which way do you want synchronisation to work?

Jorge,
You'll need to buy password adapters for the AS/400 and OS/390 hosts. These
come from http://eps.proginet.com/
Also I recommend you download and read the below whitepaper. It's not a
particularly quick or easy read, but it's the best doco to get you going.
