Internal network library error - HIS2004, Managed DB2 provid |
|
|
I am supporting a .NET web based application hosted on a W2K web server with
HIS 2004 Client install (only the Managed Ole DB Provider for DB2 is
installed). Every so often the application server reports the following
error:
*********************************************
Exception Type: Microsoft.HostIntegration.MsDb2Client.MsDb2Exception
SqlState: HY000
SqlCode: -1
Message: Internal network library error.
TargetSite: Int32
ExecuteNonQuery(Microsoft.HostIntegration.MsDb2Client.MsDb2Command)
HelpLink: NULL
*********************************************
The application continues to function. The exception handled seems to be
due to an ADO.NET "ExecuteQuery" or "ExecuteNonQuery" invocation.
I can not find any references to this error with regards to HIS2004. I
believe I need a "hot fix" for this!
Does any one have other ideas?
Thanks in advance.
