Tom-
To start with, if you want to run HIS 2000 on Windows XP you will need to
install Service Pack 1 for HIS 2000. Here's a link to the download location
on our website:
http://www.microsoft.com/hiserver/downloads/2000.asp
Secondly, are you attempting to use the HIS 2000 client or server? How is
your client configured to connect to the HIS 2000 Server? I think we'll need
more information to try and troubleshoot this one.
