Some of our laptop users are prompted for a password when they attempt to
open Outlook while connected using the Connection Manager VPN.

When they return to the office, they are able to login to the network but
Outlook prompts for password. Even though the correct password is entered,
Outlook still does not open.

They can open Outlook Web from any location.

These same users connect from home via broadband. Home setup is DSL modem
and firewall router. The home networks are DHCP.

Hi Vince,

Post the ipconfig/all from the server and from a client. Make sure the
machines are loggin into the domain, in stead of the local computer domain.
