It seems that the database schema for the marketing system is missing some
sprocs.
The only reliable way to solve this would be to remove the resource and
recreate it. This would delete any existing discount data in your system.
1. In Commerce Manager, select the Marketing resource, right click and
delete.
2. Run Site Packager, select the FP1.PuP package, and Custom Unpack option
2.a. Select unpack only the Marketing resource
2.b Select the proper database.
I believe we also shipped the SQL script (mktg_schema.sql) (search for this
under %COMMERCE_SERVER_ROOT%) which you could run using SQL Query Analyzer
to blow away the old schema and recreate it.
