Hmm, that's not a lot to go on.
So the code on this line is to OrderGroup.SaveAsOrder?
Other things to check -
Any information in the event log?
In perfmon.exe, what is the virtual bytes counter showing before this
problem occurred. Is it >~ 1.4 GB? If so, you may be running out of
memory.
What service pack of CS2002 is this? (or CS2000?)
What OS/platform?

I am getting the following message periodically on some
asp pages
Error Type:
CS_Req (0x800A0005)
Invalid procedure call or argument
/osi_live/include/payment.asp, line 188
It happens on the .saveasorder part of a page.
A IIS reset fixes it but i need to know the cause as our
system is live.
The DB and IIS are on the same server,
