I suspect you would have better results by posting SQL licensing questions
on the SQL newsgroups. I've tried to get an answer for you but haven't
found one at this time.

Going through the commerce server setup documentation I see that it is
recomended to install the Analysis Backend on a separate SQL Server box.
On the catalog/profile DB Server I will license SQL on a per processor
basis. My question is, do I have to license the Analysis DB Server the
same
way if I will only have 2 or three people access that box? or can I License
that copy say, using a 5 CAL license?
