Unexpected Exception while installing LCS2003 |

Hello,
Could anyone please let me know what could be the cause of this error in
even log while installing LCS 2003? The service doesn't start as well.

System.EntryPointNotFoundException: Unable to find an entry point named
RtlIsSPLLoggerPresent in DLL Queue.dll.
at Microsoft.Rtc.Sip.Impl.Queue.RtlIsSPLLoggerPresent(RTL_QUEUE Queue)
at Microsoft.Rtc.Sip.ApplicationManifest.Compile()
at ScriptOnlyApplication.Start()
at ScriptOnlyApplication.Install(MyEventLog eventLog, String appUri, String
scriptPath)
at ScriptOnlyApplication.SynchronizeWithConfigInfo(MyEventLog eventLog)
at ScriptOnlyApplication.ProcessEvents(MyEventLog eventLog, AutoResetEvent
workerStarted, ManualResetEvent serverProcess, ManualResetEvent
shutdownEvent, AutoResetEvent configChangedEvent)
at SPLExecService.Main(String[] args)

There is no RtlIsSPLLoggerPresent usage in LCS2003. Did you have LCS2005
installed
on the same machine before, which you uninstalled ?
If thats the case let me know - and i will post the steps to remove any
vestige that may be lying there,
causing this.
If it is a new install of LCS2003, this will not happen.

Sankaran,
Yes, That was it. I need the steps to remove LC2005 manually then since it
does not show up on the Add/Remove and the files are deleted too (From
Program Files and LC Data/Log). I also tried MSIZAP T {}.
Could you also please tell me the steps to manually remove LC2003 (for
future reference)
