Check in the MSN Messenger newsgroup, microsoft.public.msn.messenger. If
you can note how you got here, it should be easy to send you in the right
direction. You may also find the information by doing a Google Groups
search.
Windows Messenger, the client used for LCS, uses a different voice API than
MSN Messenger....at least they used to up to 6.1. I am not sure about 6.2
and above.
This newsgroup is dedicated to Microsoft's Live Communication Server. LCS
is a Real-Time Collaboration product that provides internal Instant
Messaging (IM) capabilities and presence awareness. LCS also includes
functionality to archive Instant Messages to a SQL server.
LCS is popular with corporations and organizations who don't want to give up
the benefits of IM and presence, but require a solution to be brought
in-house so that they may meet their compliance objectives, such as
archiving and secure communications.
More information regarding Live Communication Server can be found at:
http://www.microsoft.com/office/livecomm/prodinfo/overview.mspx
or
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/FX010908711033.aspx
The Microsoft support site is http://support.microsoft.com and has support
centers related to many Microsoft products.
