How can I completely remove LCS 2005 from my domain.

I had LCS working and had my LCS server fail. I had no choice but to format
the system and start over. I can not get LCS working again. I even went as
far as removing the databases and unpreping the domain.

I then went back through setup and am stuck at the "Create Enterprise Pool
Wizard". I am running the setup directly on the sql server and I keep
getting these error messages.

Failure
[0xC3EC78C5] Failed to execute the reconfigure command. Please ensure
pending configuration changes are all resolved before installation can
continue.

Connecting to SQL Server on sqlserver
Error attempting to validate the SQL server: reconfigure statement failed.
This SQL instance has pending configuration changes that need to be resolved
before installation can continue.
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Ad hoc updates to system
catalogs not recommended. Use the RECONFIGURE WITH OVERRIDE statement to
force this configuration.

Anyone have any Idea???
