About error APPC LU6.2 connection |

Hi ,
the scenario is 1 HIS2000 SP1 + Fix KB815308 ,KB843544 , for SNA connection
APPC LU6.2 - with 3 different LU configured
1 HIS2000 SP1 + Fix KB815308 ,KB843544 Wnode less" as client
for run a COM+ COMTI object
today on my client HIS this error appared :

Service. If COMTI Resynchronization Service is already active, contact
Microsoft customer support.
After verified that have installed the fix KB815308 for this problem i
have tried to check in application Log of my HIS 2000 SP1 but no error was
logged, then i try so restart a sna service on HIS2000 Server and now in
application log a warnings was appared :

Nothing have changed the configuration on my client and server HIS2000 , i
verify that name of client for resync is correct on my HIS Server and the
client anche the selrve ping and resolve both a dns name.
On the same Application Log a "Info" about the 3^ LU configured that would
seem not affected to previous warning appared :

such as a parameter mismatch. Contact the administrator of the partner LU's
system to determine which parameters are mismatched.
0004 The session was deactivated because the Host Integraton Server SNA
Service detected a protocol violation by the partner LU. Contact the
administrator of the partner LU's system.
0005 An APPC or CPIC application was running on a client machine and the
client lost it's LAN session to the Host Integration Server, *or* the
session was deactivated as the result of a TP_ENDED(Hard) issued at the
local LU. If the problem was caused by a lost LAN session, see the client
username and machine above, and capture a Microsoft Network Monitor (or
similar) trace of a dropped session and provide the trace to Microsoft
support personnel
If i try form the client that use LU MYLUALIAS2 to run my APPC (COM+ COMTI)
application that not use a syncopoint level 2 the application work.
If from the same client i try to use that use to run my APPC for MYLUALIAS2
(COM+ COMTI) application that USE a syncopoint level 2 the application not
work and the first error appared. :-(
What maybe happened ?

It appears you are using the Resyncsvc with alias support is that true? If
so did you do a cold start (of DTC at least).

What do you mean for "using the Resyncsvc with alias support" ?!?!
I have set in a proprierty of Local LU on HIS2000 Server in tab advance "Lu
6.2. Resync Service" with the name of the client HIS2000 (node less) and
enable the check box..
This configuration work from 2 mounth !
What do you mean for "cold start " of DTC ?!?!? a simply restart of service
? If so i have try to do it but nothing !

If, using mmc, under Component Services\Computers you right clieck on My
Computer and select and click Properties and then select the MSDTC tab you
will be able to reset the DTC log and stop and restart the DTC.

I try also to restart Resynce service ont the client HIS and reboot the
client HIS and Hthe HIS server but the problem it persists.
Nothing have changed the configuration on my client and server HIS2000 , i
verify that name of client for resync is correct on my HIS Server and the
client anche the selrve ping and resolve both a dns name.
On the same Application Log a "Info" about the 3^ LU configured that would
seem not affected to previous warning appared :

work and the first error appared. :-(

yesterday , after a cics "initial start" and may restart of all client
server and stop e start of "resync service on client" and the problem was
solved.
But i am not sure for the cause of problem :-(

But what do you mean for "using the Resyncsvc with alias support" ?!?!

I have set in a proprierty of Local LU on HIS2000 Server in tab advance
"Lu
6.2. Resync Service" with the name of the client HIS2000 (node less) and
enable the check box..
This configuration work from 2 mounth !
What do you mean for "cold start " of DTC ?!?!? a simply restart of
service
? If so i have try to do it but nothing !

We have produced a version of Resyncsvc that uses LU-ALIASes rather than
fully qualified network names and I wanted to make sure that you had not
somehow got hold of that version of Resyncsvc.

If i try form the client that use LU MYLUALIAS2 to run my APPC (COM+

(COM+ COMTI) application that USE a syncopoint level 2 the application
not
work and the first error appared. :-(

I have set in a proprierty of Local LU on HIS2000 Server in tab advance
"Lu
6.2. Resync Service" with the name of the client HIS2000 (node less) and
enable the check box..

This error was reported for 2 of 3 LU configured on this HIS server that
point to the same CICS.
I try also to restart Resynce service ont the client HIS and reboot the
client HIS and Hthe HIS server but the problem it persists.
Nothing have changed the configuration on my client and server HIS2000 ,
i
verify that name of client for resync is correct on my HIS Server and the
client anche the selrve ping and resolve both a dns name.
On the same Application Log a "Info" about the 3^ LU configured that
would
seem not affected to previous warning appared :

EXPLANATION
An APPC session has been deactivated abnormally. The qualifier listed
above
corresponds to one of the following:
0002 The session was deactivated because of a temporary (Retry) error,
and
may be retried. This could occur if the SNA connection has failed, which
would be indicated by an Event 23. See if an Event 23 has occurred and
follow the action plan outlined with that event.
0003 The session was deactivated because of a permanent (No retry)
error,
such as a parameter mismatch. Contact the administrator of the partner
LU's
system to determine which parameters are mismatched.
0004 The session was deactivated because the Host Integraton Server SNA
Service detected a protocol violation by the partner LU. Contact the
administrator of the partner LU's system.
0005 An APPC or CPIC application was running on a client machine and
the
client lost it's LAN session to the Host Integration Server, *or* the
session was deactivated as the result of a TP_ENDED(Hard) issued at the
local LU. If the problem was caused by a lost LAN session, see the client
username and machine above, and capture a Microsoft Network Monitor (or
similar) trace of a dropped session and provide the trace to Microsoft
support personnel
If i try form the client that use LU MYLUALIAS2 to run my APPC (COM+
COMTI)
application that not use a syncopoint level 2 the application work.
If from the same client i try to use that use to run my APPC for
MYLUALIAS2
(COM+ COMTI) application that USE a syncopoint level 2 the application
not
work and the first error appared. :-(
What maybe happened ?
