Jerome,
Other customer issues report that this would not occur when using the
Certificate Console. Otherwise can you see if this resolves the problem?
1. Log on as a domain administrator or equivalent account.
2. Click Start, point to Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and then
click
"Active Directory Users and Computers".
3. In the left pane, locate the container or organizational unit (OU) on
which the
account of the Certification Authority is included.
4. Right-click the computer account name, and then click Properties.
5. On the General tab, click Trust computer for delegation.
6. Click OK.
7. Quit Active Directory Users and Computers

Jerome,
Given that the error is coming from the actual Certificate Website, this is
handled by our Directory Services team internally. If there is a newsgroup
for Directory Services, or even better Certificate Services (sometimes
referred to as PKI), I would go there. At this point your issue is not with
LCS.
I have some knowledge of certificates so I will just offer the following
ideas I would attempt in my environment:
1 - log on to the actual certificate server and bring up the website on
that box requesting the cert needed
2 - use the certificate console from the LCS box (custom MMC adding
Computer (not local user) and requesting certificate.
I realize this is not an answer but I hope the direction helps.
